Compass Bot
Tim, one of our NXT fans in LEGO Education Customer Support, created this robot that uses the Compass Sensor the other day. We thought you might like to see it in various stages of building. [mygal=compass-bot] He also passed on a program to use for it. The program, called "Face North" is designed to do just that - when you run the program, the robot will automatically turn to face magnetic north. Tim says "Keep in mind that I start most of my programs with a 'wait for touch'...

Building Guides for NXT Models
You might have noticed the new NXT Models section in the navigation section just below our header. Currently, the building guides for both the Education models and the Retail models are available there. We'd love to add more models to the page, however. If you've got a model you think others would be interested in, we'd love to hear about it. Photos or drawings showing step-by-step building instructions make it even better, but feel free to share even if you don't have those things...
